A video from CNN.

Another video, “the TSA is out of control.”

Where there’s an opportunity, there’s an entrepreneur: Flying pasties.

The Orlando Airport is kicking out the TSA. Sort of–the TSA still sets the rules.

ReasonTV on how we all now fly on “Con Air.”

A note from a friend: “Just praying that no terrorist is caught with a bomb in a body cavity ’cause I am not looking forward to mandatory body cavity searches for everyone at the airport.”

Republican member of Congress from Texas–not named Ron Paul–lambastes the former HHS chief under George W. Bush: “There is no evidence these new body scanners make us more secure. But there is evidence that former Homeland Security Chief Michael Chertoff made money hawking these full body scanners.”

Someone’s building a list of airports without full-body scanners. I wonder how long that will last, since … The TSA wants to have 1,000 new peek-a-boo machines in place by the end of next year. Still, an A- for effort.

Is the TSA agent feeling you up a head case? Nobody knows, as the TSA does not screen its employees for psychological problems.

Ron Paul speaks about a “calamity” at airports. He calls acceptance of the scope-or-grope procedure as “so symbolic of us just not standing up and saying ‘enough is enough.'”

Also seen online: “Americans have lost our 4th Amendment due process rights as a condition of flying, but a known terrorist is let off the hook because we are trying to give enemy combatants 4th and 5th Amendment Constitutional rights. The world has been turned on its head.”

Indeed.
